I am R B Robbins. My first name is Robert. I was born on July 20, 1965. I am self taught
artist. I have been doing this for twenty-eight years. I have a done two projects. One in
1992 with the Maine Special Olympics and the other in 2001 with the Bruce Marshall
Group-blues southern rock band.
I am originally from Maine. I was brought up and raised with three other siblings (two
older brothers and a younger sister) on the countryside in the Sebago Lake area of
Western Maine by my two wonderful parents Ann M and Robert B Robbins. I am no
relation to be a Jr because my middle name is different than my fathers. I lived in
Windham, Maine for Five years. In 1970, we moved to Bridgton, Maine I lived there for
the next 13 years, I went to elementary and junior high then onto High school. At that
time I graduated from high school, I lived in practically two houses, a winterized house
and a cottage. In the summers I grew up on a beach-lake called salmon point-long lake
Maine and did many or most activities, like water skiing tubing, boating, swimming,
snorkeling for golf balls, I had a great childhood life growing up and being one of the
luckiest one. During the years growing up at the beach, I also lived at the house on the
hill of salmon point or on the Kansas Road, Bridgton Maine. In June 1984, I finished my
secondary schooling at Lake Region, Naples, Maine there I received my diploma.
After I graduated from High School, I worked many years and went to school at
Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. I received my four year
degree in Mechanical Engineering Design in 2006.
During this time I have been producing numerous originals on my spare time and went to
various art shows and festivals that I vendor at.
As Of today, I live in Sanford, Maine. I am an Alumni at Wentworth Institute of
I am continuing to strive to reach my goal as a successful well known artist by creating an audience using my spare time to draw and market.
